2017 State of the State

Governor Deal gave his State of the State speech today to the Georgia General Assembly. I have provided the text of his comments below. He emphasized the need for Georgia to make progress on failing schools, mental health treatment and opioid addiction. I look forward to working with him on these and other issues during this session.   Deal’s State of the State address: Georgia will ‘accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative’ Lt. Gov.
